Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns
Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order if:
The product is unused
The product is in its original packaging
The product is in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or video).
Refunds
Once a return is approved and inspected:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
