Digital Delivery Policy

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access instructions through the delivery method configured by the business (for example, by email). The instructions are sent to the email address entered at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.

Check your spam, promotions and junk folders first, and search for the sender address. If the email has not arrived within a reasonable time after payment, contact edilsonantonio200416@gmail.com with your order details and we will resend the access instructions.

Try opening the link in a different browser or on another device, and make sure your internet connection is stable. If it still fails, email us the order number and a description of what you see, and we will issue a new link.

Contact edilsonantonio200416@gmail.com from the address you would like to use and include the name, date and amount of the purchase. Once we can verify the order, we will resend the files to the corrected address.

The files are supplied in PDF format and open on most smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers with a standard PDF reader. If a file does not open or appears damaged, let us know and we will supply a replacement copy.

We recommend saving the files to your own device or cloud storage after download. If you lose your copy, contact support with your order details and we will help you regain access where possible.
