3. Product description
The Geometric Solids Activity Kit is a digital educational resource containing printable posters, build-your-own geometric solid templates, a notebook activity and the bonus materials described on the sales page. It is a teaching and learning aid and is not accredited, prescribed or endorsed by any government department or education authority.
4. Digital product delivery
The product is supplied digitally. No physical item is shipped. Access instructions are sent to the email address supplied at checkout after payment is successfully processed. Full details appear in our Digital Delivery Policy.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already paid for.
6. Payment
Payment is made through the secure payment provider available at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. We do not store your card details.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the product and on this website β including designs, illustrations, text and layouts β remains the property of ORBIS CORPORATION (PTY) LTD or its licensors. Purchasing the product does not transfer copyright ownership to the customer.
8. Permitted use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and print the material for your own teaching or personal learning purposes β for example in your own classroom, tutoring sessions or home.
9. Prohibited redistribution
- Reselling, sublicensing or distributing the files, in whole or in part.
- Sharing the files or download links publicly or with other educators or institutions.
- Uploading the material to file-sharing sites, resource marketplaces or social platforms.
- Claiming authorship of the material or removing branding from it.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our 7-Day Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying a correct email address at checkout, for having a device able to open PDF files, and for arranging your own printing if you wish to use the printable activities physically.
12. Website usage
You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
13. Third-party services
We use third-party providers for payment processing, digital delivery, email and hosting. Their own terms apply to the services they provide, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by those services.
14. Limitation of liability
The product is provided as an educational resource. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the material, and we make no guarantee of any specific academic result.
